Galvanized electric welding net is divided into two kinds: electro galvanizing and hot galvanizing. Electro galvanizing is often called cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is to hang the welding net without pollution and infiltration after rust removal into the cathode of special electroplating tank, and the anode uses zinc. When the DC power supply is connected, the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode and discharge on the cathode, so that the welding net is coated with a layer of zinc layer. The coating is relatively thin, generally within 5-30 microns, so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short; hot-dip galvanizing is to melt zinc into liquid, and immerse the base metal into it, so that the zinc and the base metal will form mutual penetration, and the combination is very close, and it is not easy to leave other impurities or defects in the middle, similar to the two materials melted together at the coating position, and the coating thickness is large, which can achieve 100 μ m, so the corrosion resistance is high. The salt spray test for 96 h is OK, equivalent to 10 years under normal environment.
Zinc loading introduce
The hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh is welded first and then plated, and the low-carbon steel wire with black wire is automatically welded and galvanized in the galvanizing plant. Generally, the thickness of the hot-dip galvanized electric welding mesh is about 0.03mm, which has strong anti-corrosion and long-term service life.

Thermal insulation engineering of building wall (wire diameter of 0.5-0.8mm, mesh of 1.3cm) is hot-dip galvanized welded wire mesh.
Steel structure engineering (mesh: 5 * 5cm, wire diameter 0.5-1mm) width 1.2, 1 m, 1.5.
Circle corn welding wire mesh is generally hot-dip galvanized, long life, relatively low price.
